Here we have a delightful Schoenhut donkey featuring a wooden body with jointed legs, neck and head. Further details include a sweetly expressive face with an open, painted-red mouth and nostrils, painted eyes (loss of paint to right eye), leather ears and a tail of twisted and painted rope.
