This delightful German candy container, rendered in papier-mâché, features a very content looking black and white rabbit resting in a halved egg shell that has been decorated in a vivid, old-fashioned pink. The bottom of the egg has an opening with a functioning carton closure.
In overall good condition, save scattered, age-related wear, and a surface crack (possible re-glue) around base of left ear that runs through center of ears.
