Here we have a delightful antique tin toy in the form of a motorcycle with rider (possibly a mail courier.) The motorcycle is rendered in a vivid teal blue with a wonderful, aged patina and spoked wheels with a full range of movement. There is a key on the right side of the motorcycle that turns, but does not initate the movement of the toy. The rider wears a two-piece, Edwardian style costume in brown featuring short pants, a collared jacket, and cap. His lower legs feature ribbed, knee high stockings and brown ankle high boots. In non-working condition, but great for display.
