Here we have a darling Madame Alexander doll depicting world famous figure skater “Sonja Henie.” Features include nice facial molding and painting including dimpled, blushed cheeks, an open mouth with rose red lips and a top row of pearly teeth and golden brown sleep-eyes with lashes and delicate shadowing.
Unfortunately, this beauty does have a crack that begins at her right upper forehead and runs all the way to behind her left ear, the crack is completely covered by her wig. Her face is framed by a blonde human hair wig styled in curls in their original set.
On a jointed composition body in beautiful condition, she wears her original costume that is comprised of a sweet dress with an embroidered dirndl style bodice with a flared, navy blue skirt over an integrated cotton gauze blouse. Red oilcloth skates and cream stockings complete her charming presentation.
