From the whimsical world of R. John Wright, we are pleased to present an early, character doll in rustic dress. He features a fully jointed felt body, and fine facial molding and painting with a wonderfully expressive face featuring a broad smile, blushed cheeks, brown eyes and even finely molded crows feet! His hair and whiskers are crafted of fabulous salt and pepper mohair and his head is topped with a wide brimmed brown felt hat. His wonderful, rustic costume is made of fine felt and consists of navy blue britches with suspenders and a colorful plaid shirt. Laced brown leather boots complete his presentation. He carries a wooden pitchfork (one tine broken.) He comes without tags or box.
