16 1/2” French-made “Bécassine” from the pages of “La Semaine de Suzette,” this example remains in fair to good condition due to some staining to the top of the head and face. She is complete with her original woven wicker basket and red cotton umbrella. Her Stockinette face features a needle-molded nose and painted features, while her legs are yarn wrapped to depict her striped stockings.
