Crisp, off-white cotton forms the basis of this classic Sailor Tam that is complete with a black silk band and tails. The band is stamped with the name "STATENDAM" in gilt lettering. A sweet antique hat, and in good condition overall, showing remnants of glue on the inside band. 
Suitable for wear by a French or German doll who stands approximately 9-10" in height.
