This Heubach smiling character boy boasts a perfect bisque head with blue intaglio eyes, an open/closed mouth with a visible molded tongue, and a solid dome head with molded and painted blonde hair.
He is on a fully jointed wood and composition body which has been repainted and presents significant age related wear including a somewhat crude glued repair to the tops of lower legs. This happy child wears a charming two-piece ensemble of britches and a velvet coat in lush, striped peacock blue velvet lined in emerald green taffeta. (Costume does present some wear, including missing snaps.)
Black cotton stockings and brown leather slipper style shoes (loss to one buckle) complete his classic presentation. He accessorizes with a figural whistle with a silhouetted bird and a blue metallic finish.
