Obviously, "happiness" is not only "a warm puppy", but a Heubach smiling character, as well! This fellow boasts a perfect bisque head with blue intaglio eyes, an open/closed mouth with two molded lower teeth, and a solid dome head with molded and painted blonde hair.
He is on a jointed composition baby body and from what we can see (his costume is sewn on) it is is in good condition save minor wear to hands and an area of glue residue to right hand. This perpetually gleeful boy wears a charming ensemble comprised of cotton britches in a vivid, marine blue plus a collared slightly silky blouse in an old fashioned blue and white pattern. His red and blue striped stockings and his antique red oilcloth shoes are a nice treat!
