This charming and nicely dressed character toddler looks as though he is ready to enjoy a day at the shore. Features include a perfect bisque head with nice coloring and painting, blue-grey glass sleep-eyes, an open mouth that reveals two front teeth, and wearing a sweet mohair wig (inserted into carton pate) in a nice shade of light brown with a strawberry cast.
Our dear tot is on a jointed, composition, straight-leg toddler body with the original paint finish in good condition showing scattered, age-related wear including to fingertips.
He wears a charming two-piece nautical style costume in a silky, ribbed fabric (possibly rayon) in navy blue. A cap, jacket with a removable collar and short pants are embellished with cotton tape, red and blue silk ribbons and brass buttons.
