We are pleased to offer a rare to find 1488 character child from Simon & Halbig. Features include a beautiful "moist" bisque head, blue sleep-eyes in even eye cuts, plus note the very full lips and perfect blush upon the cheeks, while an antique, blonde mohair wig is styled in sweet pigtails.
On a fully-jointed composition body (which does present a refinish), our little girl wears a tunic in sheer windowpane cotton with a wide collar, a fine net overlay and embroidered silk flowers. Matching knee length bloomers complete her costume. She carries an adorable 6 1/2" German bisque head doll featuring a sweet lace embellished costume and a mohair wig.
