We are beyond pleased to offer this cabinet-sized Mein Liebling from Kämmer & Reinhardt / Simon & Halbig with her endearingly pouty expression. Features include very nice modeling and painting with full, gently blushed cheeks, blue paperweight eyes and a closed mouth with full, finely painted lips (slight rub to nose, left cheek and tiny rub to top of upper lip.) This sweet face is framed by a replacement chestnut brown mohair wig styled in a mass of curls and topped with an oversized bow in goldenrod yellow silk.
She is on a fully-jointed composition body in wonderful condition save normal age-related wear (particularly to fingertips.)
Dressed in the manner of an Edwardian child, her costume is comprised of a dotted swiss pinafore over a drop waist dress with gigot sleeves, a lace inset at the bodice and a delicate lace hem. Underneath, she wears a cotton slip and lace trimmed pantalettes. White stockings and antique German shoes in cream oilcloth compete her classic presentation.
