We rarely finds these early Powder Jars with any sirt of color - typically they are left with their natural silver metal finish. This special one was given a gray.blue enamel finish, then cut with a grinding wheel to reveal a bright design. The condition of the container is excellent, while the powder puff itself is showing losses to the china silk component.
