A darling, German Frozen Charlie as a clown. This little man is brimming with character with a blushed face, mustache and goatee and a peaked clown hat embellished with red and blue polka dots and a gilt pom-pom. He wears tiny black slippers and blue garters at the knee. In excellent condition.
