Here we have a Greiner-type china girl with a sweetly earnest expression. Features include a shoulderhead in a very pale china with wide open blue eyes, a tiny rosebud mouth, exposed ears and a classic black-painted hairstyle with a center part and ra ow of perfect sausage curls in back (rubs throughout hair and a small chip to nose, as well as an area of finish loss to forehead.) She is on a firmly stuffed cloth body with mitt style hands, a nipped waist and sewn joints at hips and knees (age related wear and discoloration to hands.) She wears a sweet plaid dress in a palette of brown, blue and white under an apron of delicate blue and white calico. Underneath, she wears a cotton slip and petticoat. Blue and white striped stockings and laced, burgundy leather boots complete her classic presentation. This is a very busy little girl, as she carries a basket in each hand (the larger basket holds two cermaic bread loaves.)
