This beautiful china features a black-painted “waterfall” hairstyle with feathering at the temples and an elaborate bun in back (scattered rubs to hair, particularly to back.) Her face is beautifully molded and painted with a sweetly pensive expression. She wears her original two-piece costume in sheer ecru organza which features a full skirt with elbow length sleeves and a bustle back, the ensemble is embellished with aqua blue silk ribbon (costume is in fragile condition and does present age related wear.) She is on a firmly stuffed cloth body with china limbs in beautiful condition; she has shapely lower arms with spoon hands and her lower legs feature flat soled black boots and pink garters at the knee. She is a wonderful cabinet size!
