This early china figure group features a couple in fancy dress reading a book together. Details include nicely molded and painted faces and molded blond hair. Their wonderful costumes are rendered in vivid colors with gilt detailing throughout. They stand on a pedestal style base with molded and painted grass. In wonderful condition - there is an area of wear to front of lady’s hair.
