Here is a sweet fellow with a china finish that boasts a nicely painted face framed in black hair and “wearing” a fancy white coat and hat with gilt detailing, pale blue britches (area of paint discoloration to front left leg) and orange/red slippers. He peddles an enticing tray of sweets in vivid red and green. The piece remains in good condition - note a stable mold separation on the underside of base. From the Collection of John Darcy Noble.
