Silk Mantle of deepest blue iridescent silk that is finished with variegated rick-rack tape and edged in black lace.
In good condition. showing normal wear and tenderness to lace in a few places. Suitable for wear by an 18-19" fashion or china. 

Measures: 9 1/2" from top of shoulder to hem in front.
