Fabulous early two-piece ensemble featuring a Dress and a matching Jacket both constructed from an exquisite, cheery and classic printed cotton. Both pieces were stitched entirely by hand - the dress with its ample sleeves, constructed belt and beautifully gathered skirt, and the jacket with its very tailored look. A single row of petite cream cotton braid accents both pieces.

The condition overall is good, showing normal wear, light fading and scattered snags - one on the back of the jacket and a few on the dress itself. ]

Suitable for wear by a china, papier mache or cloth doll who stands approximately 19" in height.
