Here we have a wonderful, larger scale lidded crock in salt glaze with brilliant blue details. Prior to refrigeration, crocks were used for food storage and fermentation; this would be a classic piece for the German kitchen or pantry. In beautiful condition with minor, scattered imperfections, it contains a stamped metal scoop.
Measures: 2 7/8" tall, 2 1/4" wide at mouth.
